- DELIVERY: Most personalized LABEL products ship within 3-5 business days of order date. Most personalized ETCHED products need 3-5 business days to produce due to production limitations in response to COVID-19. Please allow 2 additional production days for all favor orders. Standard delivery for most orders is 4-10 business days from order date. Rush delivery for most orders is 4-6 business days from order date. Larger orders may require more time.
- NONSHIP STATES: We ship non-alcoholic products to all states. However, we cannot ship wines to AK, AL, AR, DE, MS, ND, RI, UT, VT (and Puerto Rico) or Internationally.
- LEGAL AGE: Any orders containing wine may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old. When a wine order is delivered the receiver is required by law to show ID proving they are at least 21 years old.
