Voucher Links are Critical
The best way to ensure you get your deal is simply to follow your voucher link. When in doubt, always follow the voucher link! All will be well with the world.
Groupon Goods vs Regular Groupons
We love us some Groupons. So we have various deals going all the time, and they're all fabulous. But THIS section is for Groupon Goods. So if you're a Goods customer, this is the place for you. If, however, you have a regular Groupon, mozy on out to the rest of the store. You don't miss out on anything by buying one deal or the other --- all the deals are pretty sweet and pencil out to be about the same :)
Better Discounts
Depending on when you purchased your deal, we may have had a slight price increase. Have no fear! Your deal is secure. In fact, this may mean you effectively get a better discount than you originally thought. In that case, you don't even have to do anything differently. Just enjoy the bigger savings. And go tell all your friends how cool we are.
2-Bottle Deals
If you bought a 2-bottle deal --- please make sure you order your 2 bottles in the same purchase. They can be two totally different etched designs, but there should be two bottles in your cart at checkout. Very important.
Coupon / Promo Codes
Promocodes are entered at the end of the check-out process. Look for the promocode box in the top right corner, near the order grand total.
Expired Codes
If you have an older deal and your code is expired, simply contact Customer Service toll free at 1-800-818-8138. Or email us at support@etchedwine.com. We'll happily reactivate your code for its full original purchase price. Because you're pretty awesome, and we're just cool like that.
